The National Accord and Reconcilliation Bill is now law

The tenth parliament in Kenya has just voted unanimously to amend the Kenyan constitution and officially turn the National Accord and Reconcilliation bill into law. The team at kumekucha has done a great job covering this. Reports say the mood was jovial and the vote was unanimous.
