Two Kenyans are both declared winners in the same marathon

Officials at the 2008 OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-marathon had to review slow-motion video footage and high-speed still photo images before declaring both Lamech Mokono and Valentine Orare winners in a perfect photo-finish draw. They were both clocked at 1:02.53. The third place also went to a Kenyan, Reuben Chebii. Mokono and Orare each took home US$ 3,500.Full Story – Runnersweb
