“Bold and radical steps” expected as Uganda drafts broadband strategy

The Uganda Broadband Infrastructure Strategy Team is expected to submit it’s analysis and recommendations to the Uganda government on what steps the country needs to take to create and implement a broadband strategy. A source talking to CIO magazine expects these steps to be “bold and radical.”Full article on CIO magazine
