Ugandan authorities wants to tally number of diplomatic passports issued

The government of Uganda is set to audit records in Uganda and embassies around the world to ascertain how many diplomatic passports have been issued. This has been brought on by recent high profile crimes by Ugandans around the world carrying diplomatic passports.The Monitor story
