I came across this frightening statistic on the Dallas Morning News today. Raising a child as an immigrant in this country is not only challenging for the parents, but for the children as well as they trudge between two cultures looking for their own unique identity.We are working on a story about how some Kenyan parents have come together to ensure that their kids do not become part of this frightening statistic.
