SLDF commanders surrender

Stephen Juma Kirui, Samson Kanai and Geoffrey Makwere have surrendered to the Kenyan army at a camp near Mount Elgon region, area provincial commissioner Abdul Mwasera said.Kirui replaced the former SLDF commander, Wycliffe Kirui Matakwei who was gunned down by the army last month.
