Black Europeans have a lot of hope in an Obama presidency

Barack Obama’s meteoric rise to the top of the Democratic ticket and now, hopefully, to the highest office in the land is unthinkable for black Europeans. That is why they are watching keenly at the US presidential elections and hope that, should Obama win on November 4th, a precedent will have been set for them as well.
