Safaricom partners with Sybase 365 to offer 2-Way Inter-Operator International SMS

Safaricom, Kenya’s leading mobile service provider announced yesterday that they are partnering with Sybase 365, the leading 2-way SMS provider in the world, to provide international, inter-operator SMS services to it’s customers in Kenya.
