Angella Muthoni Chegge-Kraszeski’s schemes to defraud state governments across the US were much more far reaching than previously thought as the details continue to emerge. Chegge-Kraszeski is under arrest in West Virginia as she awaits her trial which is set to begin August 31st. She is accused of defrauding state governments and agencies out of millions of dollars.
