Captured Pirates will be prosecuted in Kenya

Kenya and the United States have signed a memorandum of understanding that solves a major issue with what to do with captured pirates. From now on any pirate captured off the East African coast will be prosecuted in a Kenyan court. Somali is a failed state and consequently, the legal system there is not functioning.
